The visual additions are purely cosmetic changes, and have no effect on gameplay. Some also have dangling bells, light bulbs, baubles, ribbons, and may also feature a different texture.įestive weapons function exactly the same as normal weapons.
The only exception is the Festive Stickybomb Launcher's lights, which can be changed to completely white when its 'Festive' style is selected. The lights are green, yellow, and team-colored, with the backpack icons depicting both red and blue colored lights being on the weapons at the same time. They are Weapons for each class wrapped in battery-powered blinking Christmas lights, similar to the ones found on the Industrial Festivizer. Festive weapons are a special classification of items.
